Don’t assume that introverts are just home reading when they make up an excuse not to socialize. We classified introversion vs. extroversion using a personality dimension scale—as one does—and a third of very introverted people did not read any books in the last year. Extroverts were busy reading a medium amount of books.
However, introverts were also the most likely to read 20 or more books in the last year. In fact, maybe those folks should all get together to celebrate! Er… actually, a text is probably sufficient.
